This multi-adventure tour blends peaceful countryside excursions with authentic cultural encounters as you kayak and hike through Cuba. With visits to Colonial Havana, Zapata National Park, the Bay of Pigs, Playa Girón, Cienfuegos and Trinidad, you see for yourself Cuba’s fascinating history and multifaceted modernity. Colonial plazas and palaces, in a staggering array of disrepair and renovation, tell stories of a colonial past still merged with the dynamic present. The Cuban spirit infuses everything as you enjoy the vibrant music, dancing and people. And maybe a little rum and cigars to really feel the vibe.

Your tour will include snorkeling, kayaking through mangrove and coastal zones with the chance to see flamingos, river kayaking and hiking in the nature reserves. You will also get the chance to meet local people, learn what it is like to live there and cruise the streets in a classic car.

This itinerary is available as a fully legal People-to-People tour for US citizens if booked through Natural Wonders Tours.
